Collaboration: A working practice where individuals unite for a common purpose to achieve both business and ministry benefits. Collaboration allows people to come together to reach a shared goal, enhancing outcomes for both business and ministry. It involves working with others to produce or create something meaningful.
CREATE: A phenomenon where something new and valuable is created. We must learn to channel our creativity in ways that glorify God’s name in the Marketplace as Christians. While breaking your usual habits can be challenging, changing things up can play a significant role in helping you think differently.
Celebrate: Celebrating other people’s accomplishments can be challenging, but once you learn how to do it, the inner saboteur retreats back into its grimy cave. Jealousy is the emotion that often surfaces, but when we acknowledge it and let it go, it can be replaced by happiness for others, increased self-confidence, and significantly less stress. Hint: It all comes down to self-love and self-respect.
